Die Wochenpläne der teilnehmenden Athleten sind individuell auf die Bedürfnisse und Situation des jeweiligen Spielers angepasst.

 

Gemäss den Richtlinien des Sichtungskonzeptes von Swissvolley wird die Entwicklung der Athleten jährlich in verschiedenen Bereichen evaluiert und eingestuft. Die Trainer der Vereine werden vom Cheftrainer des Regionalzentrums periodisch über den Stand ihrer Athletinnen und Athleten orientiert.
